PTA

South Pacific Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate PTA to deliver high-quality therapy in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings across Hawaii. In this role, you will implement treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, provide one-on-one therapeutic interventions, document patient progress, and communicate closely with an interdisciplinary team. You’ll support patients in regaining function, mobility, and independence while working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment that values growth, mentorship, and evidence-based practice.
