Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehab services to geriatric and sub-acute residents in skilled nursing facilities. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will carry out individualized treatment plans, including therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, and functional mobility activities to improve safety and independence. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, educate patients and families, and contribute to a supportive, patient-focused culture that values clinical excellence, integrity, and professional growth.
