Associate Veterinarian (Part Time) at Chalet Veterinary Clinic | Stoughton, WI

Chalet Veterinary Clinic is a multi‑doctor, companion animal hospital located in Stoughton, WI. For over 30 years, we’ve proudly provided high‑quality medical, dental, and surgical services to dogs and cats.

We are seeking a part‑time Associate Veterinarian (16 hours/week) to join our supportive, collaborative team on a consistent, set schedule.

Stoughton is a growing community located near Madison, home to the University of Wisconsin‑Madison. This provides access to premier referral hospitals, specialists, and continuing education resources.

Schedule & Role Overview

• One day of appointments
• One day of surgery (soft tissue + dentistry preferred)

Responsibilities

• Perform routine soft tissue and dental surgeries; handle emergencies on a case‑by‑case basis; refer complex cases to ER or specialty facilities.
• Surgery caseload: 2–4 procedures per day (spays, neuters, mass removals, dentals; orthopedic procedures referred out).
• Appointments: ~5–7 on partial surgery days.
• Built‑in 12:00–1:30 p.m. lunch/catch‑up time.
• Work with a support team of 3 CVTs, 2 Veterinary Technicians, and 3 Veterinary Assistants.
