Music & Arts seeks a PT Senior Sales Associate to drive retail sales and support music education in our store. In this role, you’ll advise students, parents, and educators on band and orchestra instruments, rentals, repairs, and accessories while delivering knowledgeable, friendly service. You’ll open and close the store, lead by example on sales goals, maintain merchandising standards, process rentals and repairs, and support lesson program enrollment.
You’ll collaborate with a student-focused, performance-driven team to grow revenue, build community relationships, and ensure every customer has an exceptional music retail experience.
