KARM Stores is seeking a PT Retail Shift Lead for our Alcoa location. In this mission-driven role, you’ll supervise team members, model Christ-centered service, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, handling cash accurately, overseeing donations processing, merchandising sales floors, and providing excellent customer service. You will train and support staff and volunteers, help maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment, and uphold KARM’s ministry values while meeting sales goals that help fund life-changing programs for those experiencing homelessness.
