Physical Therapist (PT)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at Newport Health Center Rehab Clinic in New Hampshire. This is a travel assignment opportunity, and candidates with previous travel experience are preferred.
COVID Vaccination Requirement: COVID vaccination is mandatory for this facility. Exemptions are allowed, and forms can be provided upon request.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' mobility and function.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.
- Maintain accurate patient records using the EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
- Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of New Hampshire or eligibility for licensure through the Compact License program.
- BLS (AHA) certification.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting.
- Previous travel experience in healthcare is preferred.
