We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a PRN opportunity at Autumn Lake at Cherry Hill. This flexible role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys providing individualized rehabilitation and helping residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
What You'll Do
- Complete physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
- Provide skilled treatment addressing strength, balance, gait, transfers, endurance, and mobility
- Establish functional rehabilitation goals and monitor resident progress
- Adjust treatment approaches based on clinical findings and response to therapy
- Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and safe mobility strategies
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with PTAs, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
- $55-$60/hour

- Opportunity to provide meaningful, individualized care
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license required
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
- New graduate Physical Therapists are welcome to apply
