How many patients do they see/day? 4-5 patients/8Hr day
General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.) "BLS
CA PT license"
Other required certifications: Valid driver's license, car insurance
Common diagnosis / Types of patients All ages, compromised multiple comorbidities
Experience or 'Must have' skills Must have prior home health experience, unless otherwise specified.
Common duties & job responsibilities Regular PT work, completion of documentation within 1 day of patient visit
EMR HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase)
Manager/Supervisor available 24/7? YES
Have Rehab Aides: PTAs? Yes- COTAs
Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) M-F - 8a-5p
