Physical Therapist

This is a 13-week contract position.
Shift: 08:00-16:30
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
- Implement therapy interventions to promote recovery and rehabilitation.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
- Document patient care accurately and timely using the electronic health record system.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Must have a valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Certification in BLS required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an acute rehab setting preferred.
- Familiarity with common diagnoses such as CVA, amputations, TBI, orthopedics, and Parkinson's disease.
