Contract Physical Therapist – Boston, MA
Location: Boston, Massachusetts MANY OTHER LOCAL LOCATIONS!!!
Contract: 13 weeks (with strong possibility of extension)
Schedule: Full-time, day shifts (40 hrs/week)
Pay: Competitive weekly package (discussed during screening)
About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team on a contract basis in the Boston area. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality rehabilitative care, help patients restore mobility, and support recovery following injury, illness, or surgery.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and create individualized care plans
Deliver therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility training
Educate patients and families on safe practices and at-home exercises
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care providers
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Requirements
Active Massachusetts PT license
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (contract/travel experience a plus)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
