Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with IDD as they learn job tasks and adjust to workplace expectations
- Teach essential skills: communication, time management, problem-solving, and teamwork
- Encourage confidence, independence, and personal growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and job site supervisors
- Provide consistent coaching, feedback, and support
- Compassionate, reliable, and passionate about helping others succeed
- 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver's license held for at least 2 years (permit time excluded)
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, physical, and fitness assessment
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and provide hands-on support as needed
- Available to attend paid New Hire Training (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM) 2 weeks
