Position Summary

Deliver efficient, quality-oriented physical therapy care through individualized treatment plans. This includes assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, patient education, home exercise programming, and progress communication to help patients achieve their functional goals.

• Provide outstanding clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction
• Demonstrate efficient clinical operations and time management

• Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and care delivery
• Make sound decisions when appropriate

• Successfully pass a background check and potential drug screening
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Doctoral or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Current, active, unencumbered license to practice in the state of Virginia
• Open to candidates with pending licensure or those taking the board exam within the next six months
• Outpatient and/or private practice physical therapy experience preferred
• Full understanding of the State Practice Act(s) and compliance requirements

License/Certification:

• Physical Therapy License (Required)
