We're actively seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our rehab team at Bethany at Silver Lake and Everett Transitional Care Services . You will split time between these wonderful skilled nursing facilities. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population while maintaining consistency in team and company culture.

In This Role, You Will:

n
• n

  Perform evaluations and deliver patient-centered treatment for geriatric residents

  n
n
• n

  Design and adjust care plans to ensure the highest level of clinical outcomes

  n
n
• n

  Collaborate with facility staff and IDT members to support overall patient care

  n
n
• n

  Supervise at least one PTA , offering guidance, support, and mentorship

  n
n

We're Looking For:

• n

  A licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible) in the state of Washington

  n
n
• n

  A clinician with strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and a heart for the elderly

  n
n
• n

  Someone who is organized, self-directed , and thrives in a collaborative setting

  n
n
• n

  Prior SNF or geriatric care experience is a plus (but not required)

  n
n
