PT- Computer Lab AssistantPosition Title: PT- Computer Lab AssistantThe Computer Lab Assistant I is the first level in a three-level instructional lab support series. The Computer Lab Assistant is responsible for providing students, faculty, staff, and community members a safe and comfortable learning environment with access to computers, printing, copying, and scanning. The Computer Lab Assistant I is responsible for ensuring visitors to the lab sign-in, are able to print and answers questions regarding computer skills, LMS, and Microsoft Office.

They are also responsible for conducting basic computer troubleshooting in all open labs on campus and computer-based classrooms as needed. The Computer Lab Assistant will be expected to work with integrity, sound judgment, attention to detail, discretion, and to demonstrate the characteristics of teamwork, inclusiveness, calmness, and adaptability to a broad range of issues, people, and situations. No or very limited exposure to physical risk. Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.

Work requires stooping, crouching, talking, seeing, hearing, repetitive motions.
