This is a general call for applications, but don’t let that fool you - this isn’t a generic job.
We’re looking for clinicians with a behavioral orientation (ACT, CBT, DBT, ERP, etc.), a clear head, and a point of view. You don’t have to be polished or perfect, but you do need to be intentional - someone who thinks in terms of function, who’s reflective about power and systems, and who can explain why they do what they do in the therapy room.
This role is open to licensed and pre-licensed clinicians (LCSW, LMSW, PhD/PsyD, MHC-LP, LMHC, etc.). Offices are located in Park Slope (Brooklyn), Midtown (Manhattan), and Rye , with a hybrid structure that allows for both remote and in-person work. In-person availability (especially in Park Slope), plus some evening or weekend hours, is strongly preferred.

We can onboard sooner if needed, but ideally we’re looking for July/August start dates .

A thoughtful, personalized cover letter is one of the most important parts of your application. We’re hiring a person, not a bullet-point list. I will be way more impressed by your cover letter than your resume, despite where you studied or where you've worked.
To be blunt: if you're planning to send the same cover letter you’ve sent to five other practices, just with our name swapped in, I’ll probably be able to tell. And my eyes will glaze over. I’ll be polite about it - but I’ll also move on.
Instead, take a moment to help me understand who you actually are as a clinician.

What We’re Looking For:
- Pre-licensed or licensed clinicians in NY
- Solid foundation in behavioral and evidence-based therapies including ACT, CBT, DBT, ERP, and related approaches
- Interest in supervision, collaboration, and ongoing clinical development
- Reflective, grounded, and ethically serious. Maybe even a little nerdy about it.
- Flexible, open-minded, and curious - especially about how therapy actually works and how to apply it with intention
- Fee-for-service: $65–170/session depending on license and experience
- Full-time salaried option: $74,000–$120,000 annually, with commission for additional sessions
- Health insurance eligibility for full-time W2 employees
- Individual clinical supervision for pre-licensed staff
