This facility is a 22-bed residential center focused on treating youth with substance use and mental health challenges in a culturally-informed, trauma-sensitive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct psychological assessments, diagnoses, and provide individual, group, and family therapyDevelop and implement treatment plans for adolescents facing co-occurring behavioral health and substance use challengesProvide culturally-sensitive, trauma-informed care within a multidisciplinary team settingDeliver services both on-site and in the community (e.g., telehealth, schools, homes) as neededMaintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality assurance/peer reviewServe as a consultant to staff and partner organizations on psychological and behavioral health issuesSchedule & LocationLocation: 20 Mockingbird Drive, Acoma, NM 87034 (~20 miles east of Grants, NM / ~60 miles west of Albuquerque)Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (no weekends or federal holidays)Overtime: Optional, as needed with prior approvalQualificationsEducation: Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical PsychologyLicense: Active, unrestricted license in any U.S.
