POSITION: Forensic Evaluator (Psychologist)
SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Monday‑Friday
FACILITY: New Hampshire Office of the Forensic Examiner
LOCATION: Concord, New Hampshire (hybrid or tele options available)
Status: 1099 Contractor status or W-2 Employee status available
POSITION SUMMARY
The Forensic Evaluator Psychologist provides evaluations within the statutory timeframe while delivering quality forensic psychological evaluations during the judiciary process to determine if clients are competent to stand trial, demonstrate insanity, Gibbs, and dangerousness.
Forensic training and experience with competency evaluations strongly preferred.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
TRAVEL: Travel required to New Hampshire state courts.
LICENSING: Current New Hampshire license as Psychologist (required at start date).
EDUCATION: Doctoral degree (Ph.D., Psy.D., or Ed.D.) in psychology from an accredited psychology program.
Forensic training highly preferred with experience in competency evaluations.
