To maximize sales performance in the Psychiatry sector, the full-time remote Psychiatry Specialty Representative will execute brand strategies, manage assigned territories, and build strong customer relationships while adhering to industry regulations. Key responsibilities Execute brand strategy and manage sales performance to meet financial targets and marketing objectives Develop and implement call plans to optimize coverage and frequency to key customers Continuously gather market intelligence and share insights with teams to enhance brand strategy execution Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience At least five years of relevant industry experience, with three years in the pharmaceutical or health sciences sector preferred In-depth scientific and therapeutic knowledge recognized by stakeholders Proven track record of success in sales performance within therapeutic areas Valid driver's license and ability to meet health care industry representative credentialing requirements
