Psychiatry Specialty Representative

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Psychiatry Specialty Representative will execute brand strategies, manage sales performance, and build strong customer relationships to maximize sales opportunities within their assigned territory. Key responsibilities Deliver sales performance and meet brand KPIs and financial targets Create and execute pre-call plans and post-call evaluations to enhance sales effectiveness Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying and addressing customer needs and challenges Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred; relevant industry experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree At least five years of relevant industry experience, with three or more years in the pharmaceutical or health sciences industry preferred Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of scientific, therapeutic, and competitive landscapes Proven track record of success in sales and effective presentation skills Valid driver's license and ability to meet health care industry representative credentialing requirements
