The role offers a balanced structure of 50% administrative leadership and 50% clinical practice, allowing you to stay engaged in patient care while driving educational excellence and innovation.In this role, you will provide strategic leadership, program oversight, and continuous quality improvement, ensuring full compliance with ACGME requirements and institutional policies.
