We are partnering with a growing behavioral health organization seeking a Staff Psychiatrist to join its adult outpatient team.

The organization provides compassionate, individualized behavioral healthcare with an emphasis on developing treatment plans that work with each patient s clinical needs, biology, lifestyle, and personal goals. The care model focuses on thoughtful treatment and collaboration across clinical disciplines.

This is an excellent opportunity for a psychiatrist seeking a fully remote, W-2 position with flexible scheduling and a $340,000 annual salary.

The Staff Psychiatrist will provide 100% telehealth-based adult outpatient psychiatric care , including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment planning.

The patient population includes adults with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and other common behavioral health conditions.

• Full-Time: 40 hours per week
• Schedule: Flexible between 8:00 AM 8:00 PM ET
• Setting: Adult Outpatient Behavioral Health
• Work Model: 100% Telehealth/Remote
• Employment: W-2
• Caseload: Approximately 320 patients
• Initial Appointments: 40 minutes
• Follow-Up Appointments: 30 minutes
• EHR: Healthie
• Scheduling expectations and patient volume will be reviewed during the interview process.

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for adult patients.
• Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric treatment.
• Diagnose and treat anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and other common behavioral health conditions.
• Develop individualized care plans based on each patient s clinical needs, biology, lifestyle, and goals.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership, administrative staff, and other members of the care team.
• Participate in care coordination and patient follow-up as needed.

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
• Active, unrestricted New York State medical license , or ability to obtain New York licensure.
• MUST currently reside in New York State.
• No out-of-state or out-of-country candidates will be considered.
• Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care to adult patients.
• Comfortable treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and other common behavioral health conditions.
• Strong clinical judgment and a patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative teams in a virtual outpatient environment.
