- Monday - Friday schedule with option for four 10-hour days after onboarding
- Telehealth model: typically 1 - 2 days in clinic per week, remainder remote from home
- Approximately 12 - 14 patients per day with 60-minute initial evaluations
- Minimal call: approximately 2 - 3 weekends per year and one weeknight every 5 - 6 weeks
- Integrated behavioral health team caring exclusively for health plan members
- Epic EMR used throughout the practice
- New graduates and graduating residents welcome; experienced psychiatrists must be board-certified
