Job Title :- Corporate Mental Health Leader
Location :- North Brunswick, NJ 08902
Contract :- 6+ Months
Key Responsibilities
• Provide corporate oversight and leadership for behavioral health services.
• Support behavioral health teams and facility-level leadership.
• Develop and monitor behavioral health policies, procedures, and clinical standards.
• Provide consultation on complex behavioral health and psychiatric cases.
• Oversee suicide prevention, crisis intervention, psychiatric services, and behavioral health programs.
• Monitor clinical quality, outcomes, compliance, and performance.
• Lead quality improvement and performance improvement initiatives.
• Support staff training, development, and performance management.
• Review behavioral health incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, contractual requirements, and accreditation standards.
• Support audits, inspections, accreditation surveys, and compliance reviews.
Requirements
• MD, DO, PhD, PsyD, or other appropriate advanced behavioral health degree.
Preferred
• Correctional, detention, forensic, or institutional healthcare experience.
• Experience with multi-facility behavioral health oversight.
• Knowledge of NCCHC and/or ACA standards.
• Experience with government or correctional healthcare contracts.
