Compensation: $300k - $400k
Job Description A behavioral health facility in Naples, Florida is seeking a Full-Time Inpatient Psychiatrist to join its clinical team.
The psychiatrist will focus on direct patient care and work collaboratively with the facility s Medical Director, site leadership, and psychiatric advanced practice providers. The ideal workload is approximately 20+ patients, with support from a Nurse Practitioner.
Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing patient care
• Manage an inpatient psychiatric caseload
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment-team meetings
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and facility leadership
• Work alongside shared psychiatric midlevel providers
• Support coordinated and effective treatment planning

Schedule

• Full-time opportunity
• Primarily morning and early-afternoon hours
