Join Our Team at Avera Marshall
We re seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join our outpatient team and provide exceptional care to patients in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. Avera Marshall is a 25 bed critical access hospital; level 3 trauma center with a 10 bed behavioral health locked unit. We are a 10 bed Distinct Part Unit (DPU) Adults 18+; Average length of stay is 3 days to as long as 60-90 days (uncommon) and we have a typical census of 5 patients in the hospital and a full clinic panel with a waiting list. We also have 2 NP's that will assist on the clinic side.
