What You ll Do:
- Provide inpatient psychiatric assessment and treatment for a diverse patient population
- Manage medication regimens, including pharmacotherapy for various mental health disorders
- Conduct involuntary commitments and crisis interventions per state regulations
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Document patient progress and treatment notes using Wellsky EMR
- Ensure compliance with all facility policies and legal requirements
- Support a welcoming and respectful environment for patients and staff
What You Need:
- Valid medical license in Delaware
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Experience with involuntary commitments and pharmacotherapy
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care
