What You ll Do

• Provide inpatient psychiatric care to an average of 18 patients daily
• Manage psychiatric assessments, treatments, and medication plans
• Support involuntary commitments and pharmacotherapy protocols
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team supporting mental health treatment
• Contribute to patient recovery and safety in a busy 99-bed facility
• Document care using Wellsky EMR system
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (phone calls)

What You Need

• Valid medical license in DE or ability to obtain
• Minimum 2 years of psychiatric inpatient experience
• Familiarity with involuntary commitments and psychopharmacology
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
