Opportunity Highlights:
- Schedule: Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, 8:30a-5p
- No call or weekends
- Setting: Outpatient
- Patient Population: Ages 65+
- Duties: Follow-up assessments and medication management
- EMR: Epic
- Must be board-certified
- Paid travel & expenses
