Position Summary
- Leads, plans, and directs all Behavioral Health (BH) programs within WCHS.
- Oversees mental health and substance use services in alignment with organizational policies and community needs.
- Provides administrative leadership in budgeting, staffing, compliance, and reporting.
- Ensures high quality clinical supervision and development of BH staff.
- Delivers outpatient and outreach behavioral health services as needed.
- Applies professional judgment to ensure effective, culturally competent care.
