Full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) opportunity providing behavioral health care to older adults in post-acute and long-term care settings in Charlottesville area . Work a flexible 3.5-day schedule with no nights or weekends, onsite patient care and remote documentation.
Practice Highlights
- Full-time, 3.5 days/week within Monday-Friday
- No nights or weekends
- Post-acute, SNF, LTC, ALF and IRF settings
- Onsite patient care with remote documentation
- Psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments
- Psychotropic medication management
- Treat psychiatric, behavioral and neurocognitive disorders
- Primarily older adult population
- Interdisciplinary clinical support
- Structured onboarding and back-office support

Qualifications
- Active Virginia PMHNP-C license
- DEA or willingness to obtain
- All PMHNP experience levels considered
