What You Will Be Doing
- Develop clinically accurate psychiatry case scenarios and patient assessment workflows
- Create high-quality reference responses aligned with best-practice mental health care standards
- Evaluate generated outputs using structured clinical review frameworks
- Provide detailed written feedback to improve overall response quality
- Participate in onboarding and specialty calibration sessions

- Specialists across Adult Psychiatry and subspecialties including Child & Adolescent, Addiction, Forensic, Consultation‑Liaison, and Geriatric Psychiatry
- Professionals experienced in diagnostic formulation, medication management, psychotherapy evaluation, and risk assessment
- Individuals with strong clinical judgment and evidence‑based decision‑making skills
- Candidates with exceptional written communication and analytical abilities
- Residents, fellows, and practicing physicians with relevant Psychiatry training are encouraged to apply
Compensation: $150-$350/hr
Work style: Fully remote and asynchronous
