Sanford Health is seeking a BC/BE Psychiatrist to join its established multi-specialty group practice in Thief River Falls, Minnesota. This role offers an outpatient practice with potential for future inpatient involvement within a comprehensive mental health program. The successful candidate will become part of a diverse team dedicated to health and healing in a growing community.

Responsibilities
- Perform history and physical examination
- Admit patients (if applicable to the setting)
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients above the age of 12 who suffer from mental, behavioral, addictive, or emotional disorders (e.g., psychoses, depression, anxiety disorders, substance abuse disorders, developmental disabilities, sexual dysfunctions, and adjustment disorders)
Compensation
- Nationally competitive compensation plan
- Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $287,249 - $371,734 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs

Shift & Schedule

Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Successful completion of a hospital affiliated Psychiatry residency program accredited by the ACGME, the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada
- Certification in the primary area of practice by the appropriate specialty/subspecialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, as applicable
- If not board certified at the time of application but completed residency within the last five years, must achieve board certification within five years from the date of completion of residency training
