Compensation
- Sign-on bonus
- Additional compensation for collaboration with mid-levels (optional)
- Above market compensation-Range from $300,000 to $390,000-compensation model based on productivity
- Cash based incentive plan

Requirements
- Fully licensed in one or more US states
