Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans’ Hospital is seeking two Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrists to join the Behavioral Health team at the new Rolla Multispecialty CBOC. These on-site positions offer the opportunity to provide comprehensive psychiatric care, work closely with an interdisciplinary team, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of Veterans and their families. Clinicians will evaluate and diagnose psychiatric conditions, manage treatment plans, and support patient care within an outpatient setting.

Shift & Schedule
- Two positions are available
- Positions are on-site at the Rolla Multispecialty CBOC
- Participation in rotating evening/weekend call with other psychiatrists may be required
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric services to Veterans
- Evaluate and diagnose psychiatric conditions
- Develop and manage treatment plans
- Coordinate care across VA and community settings
- Provide consultations
- Support emergency mental health interventions when needed
- Collaborate actively with Behavioral Health colleagues and other clinical services
- Supervise and educate students, residents, fellows, and other trainees
Compensation
- Salary $250,000 - $300,000
