To provide high-level clinical quality oversight and guidance, the part-time Psychiatry Medical Director will focus on protocol review, compliance, and organizational leadership in a non-patient-facing, fully remote role. Key responsibilities Participate in leadership meetings to address program quality and clinical issues Review and approve clinical policies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards Consult on behavioral health program development and support interdisciplinary collaboration Required qualifications MD or DO with residency training in Psychiatry Board Certification in Psychiatry preferred Active, unrestricted medical license with the ability to obtain additional state licenses Strong knowledge of behavioral health management and clinical governance Prior experience in outpatient behavioral health settings preferred
