Psychiatrist

CompHealth is seeking a psychiatrist for a flexible, as-needed telehealth opportunity, with onsite rounding required on weekends. This role involves covering inpatient psychiatry units for patients of all ages, offering a chance to supplement income or explore a new practice model. The position provides the convenience of remote weekday call and the flexibility to select dates from an open calendar.

Practice Info

• Inpatient psychiatry for all ages, from pediatric to adult
• Typically covering 2 units simultaneously during weekday remote call
• 8 - 12 patients for daily rounding, with rare med floor consults
• Two adult units and one child/adolescent unit
• Telehealth option available, with onsite preferred when confirming days

Responsibilities

• Cover weekday remote call
• Provide Friday evening call through Monday morning onsite rounding on weekends
• Perform daily rounding for 8 - 12 patients
• Conduct rare med floor consults

Compensation

• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
