Psychiatrist

LifeStance Health is seeking a part-time or full-time Adult Psychiatrist or Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join their growing outpatient group in Pasadena, California. This role offers the opportunity to practice psychiatry with significant flexibility and autonomy, supported by a strong clinical team in a modern, patient-centered environment. Clinicians can customize their practice to include medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend, and set their own pace regarding caseload and patient volume.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations
• Customize your practice: medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend
• Determine your preferred caseload and patient volume
• Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team

Compensation

• Compensation range of $375,000 to $440,000, compensation model based on productivity
• Sign-On Bonus

Shift & Schedule

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry (Adult or Child & Adolescent)
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in California
