Offering a full-time remote position, an Indiana Licensed Psychiatrist (MD/DO) will manage outpatient psychiatry for lower to moderate acuity populations, providing clinical autonomy and flexible scheduling while receiving predictable compensation and benefits. Key responsibilities Conduct 60-minute intake sessions and 30-minute follow-ups for a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients Utilize an in-house referral network and receive full operational support for scheduling, billing, and intake coordination Maintain clinical decision-making authority without pressure to shorten visits or increase patient volume Required qualifications Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist (MD/DO) Active, unrestricted medical license with multi-state licensing support available Interest in outpatient, telepsychiatry-based care Comfort with learning and utilizing streamlined clinical technology Strong clinical judgment and collaborative mindset
