Appalachian Regional Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join our behavioral health team in Harlan, Kentucky. Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment including medication management and therapy
- Supervise and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers in outpatient clinics
- Engage patients' families and community resources in treatment planning
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory standards
- Work a structured schedule
Candidate Profile
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Psychiatry
- Experienced in outpatient psychiatric diagnosis and medication management
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care in a rural community setting
- Team player who values collaboration and community service
