Position Overview

We are actively looking to hire Adult & Child Psychiatrists within our Dayton Area Clinics who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence.

Key Details

• Full‑time or part‑time with up to 75% work from home via telehealth.
• Flexible work schedules.
• Full‑time and part‑time available.
• 100% outpatient work. No nights, no hospital calls, no weekends.
• Telemedicine and in‑person flexibility – hybrid schedule.
• Compensation range $327,000 – $414,000, productivity‑based model.
• Sign‑on bonus.

• Additional compensation for collaboration with mid‑levels (optional).
