Compensation
- Compensation Range $375,000-$445,000, compensation model based on productivity
- Generous 'above market' compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings
- Sign-on bonus
- Additional compensation for collaboration with mid-levels (optional)

- Fully licensed in one or more US states
