Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Indiana (or in process) with an active, unencumbered DEA
• Experience in medication management and psychotherapy
• Experience working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations
• Licensed as a Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, or Licensed Therapist (role‑specific)
