Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services to patients in the form of psychosocial assessments, individual, family, and group treatment.
• Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management.
• Collaborate as a member of a multi-disciplinary integrated team for the development and delivery of treatment plans.
• Foster excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinate care with external providers.
• Represent the practice in community presentations and lectures as opportunities arise.
• Participate in enriching the training experience of our graduate students.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic records (Athena) and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Clear and active Psychiatrist License (MD/DO) in the state of practice.
• Board-eligible or board-certified in the state of practice.
• Current Federal Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Registration.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of Behavioral Health experience in an outpatient clinical setting.
• Experience using computers for professional communication and medical documentation (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS or other EHRs).
• Expertise in treating children, adolescents, and families.
• Knowledge of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).
• Knowledge of Magventure chair (if applicable).
• Knowledge of Spravato (if applicable).

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $214,000 to $382,000 annually based on full-time employment. Salary range is defined as total cash compensation at target and may vary with experience, location, and metrics.
