Work alongside BetterHelp's network of licensed therapists to deliver collaborative, evidence-based treatment. Focus on patient care while BetterHelp handles credentialing, payer enrollment, and platform operations. What You'll Do: Conduct video consultations and communicate with patients through telemedicine. Assess, screen, diagnose, and prescribe medication when clinically appropriate. Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate with therapists. Who We're Looking For: At least one year of experience as a licensed Psychiatrist with an active MD/DO license. Comfortable using technology and delivering high-quality care virtually. Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach. Important to Know: This is a part-time, independent contractor (1099) position, not a salaried role. All patient care is delivered remotely through BetterHelp's telehealth platform. Estimated effective hourly earnings are $119–$242 per hour, based on modeled assumptions.
