Psychiatrist

LifeStance is seeking a Psychiatrist to provide high-quality mental health care, focusing on patient care while dedicated teams handle administrative tasks. • Local clinical leadership offers ongoing support and consultation.
• Psychiatrists work in-person or in hybrid models.
• Ability to set own scheduled hours and appointment lengths.
• Care Matching model allows building a caseload aligned with interests and areas of expertise.
• Work alongside experienced therapists, neuropsychologists, and psychiatric nurse practitioners in a collegial environment.

Responsibilities

• Focus on patient care.
• Integrate psychotherapy into everyday practice (optional).
• Supervise newly graduated PMHNPs (compensated opportunity).

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. from an accredited school of medicine.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible (within 3 years of completing residency) in Adult or Child/Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
• A valid medical license in Massachusetts (or willing to obtain prior to start date).
