Job Details
- Full time – Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm (8‑hour days)
- 10‑14 patients per day
- Adult and geriatric outpatient setting – heavy geriatric population
- Team of therapists conducts competency evaluations prior to provider visits
- 1 in 4 call rotation – phone‑based medical management, 7 pm to 8 am
- 30‑minute appointments
- Option to obtain a permanent position
