Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical services to patients
- Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management
- Collaborate as a member of multi-disciplinary integrated team for the development and delivery of treatment plans
- Foster excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinate care with external providers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic records (Athena) and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
Compensation
- Sign-On Bonus Offered for External Candidates
- The salary range for this role is $214,000 to $382,000 annually based on full-time employment
- Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target
- The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement

Requirements
- Clear and active License (MD/DO) in Florida
- Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Psychiatry
- Current Federal Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Registration
- Can commute to the location at least one day per week
- Preferred: 2+ years of Behavioral Health experience in an outpatient clinical setting
- Preferred: Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs)
- Preferred: Expertise in treating children, adolescents, and families
