Psychiatrist

Denver Springs, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Psychiatrist to join their team in Englewood, CO. This role involves providing psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment in an inpatient adult behavioral health unit. The successful candidate will contribute to a multidisciplinary, mission-driven team focused on high-quality, patient-centered care.

Practice Info

• Setting: Inpatient adult behavioral health unit
• Census: Average 15 patients per day
• Support: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner support based on census

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients in an inpatient setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in a compassionate and professional manner.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and clinical supervision as needed.

Shift & Schedule

• Monday through Friday schedule

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry.
• Active CO medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
