Compensation
- Generous 'above market' compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings
- Sign-on bonus
- Compensation Range- $264,000-$350,000+
- Compensation model based on productivity

Requirements
- Fully licensed in Colorado
- BE/BC
- Unencumbered DEA
- Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy
- Must be located in Colorado (this is a HYBRID position, some in-office presence required)
