Psychiatrist

Join a community-based behavioral health and social services organization as an outpatient Psychiatrist in Los Angeles, California. In this locum tenens role, you will travel to scattered-site supportive housing locations to deliver psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up care to adults. Work with a collaborative multidisciplinary team including case managers, RNs, and NPs to provide coordinated care.

• Part-time (10 hours) per week on-site, inclusive of travel time and note completion

Responsibilities

• Provide part-time outpatient psychiatric services for an adult population within a community-based supportive housing setting
• Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations (45-60 minutes each)
• Conduct medication management follow-up appointments (10-30 minutes each)

Qualifications

• Board certification required
